02 an hour 5 days ago 5 days ago 5 days ago This is a position where the incumbent works in the Fluvanna County Public Schools as an employee of Region Ten Fluvanna, supporting youth identified as having a Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED).
The incumbent will provide brief intervention, mental health assessments, substance use assessments, crisis assessments, and community-based referrals.
The incumbent will be expected to effectively coordinate with school administrators, counselors, parents or guardians, Region Ten Emergency Services (ES), Region Ten non-emergency services, Dept of Social Services (DSS), Court Services Unit (CSU) and other community partners, as required.
For clinical supervision and administrative purposes, the incumbent reports to the Director III of the Region Ten Fluvanna Counseling Center.
For daily assignment of tasks and responsibilities, the incumbent reports to the designated school administrator.
This is a 12-month position and will follow the teacher calendar during the school year.
In carrying out positional duties, he/she shall perform them in accordance with applicable professional ethics, Region Ten policies, and school policies.
The incumbent is expected to follow standard practices as well as utilize independent judgment.
SALARY:
Starting at $20.

Qualifications:
To ensure the safe and efficient operation of the program, a valid Virginia Driver's License plus an acceptable driving record as issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles are required.
For business use of a personal car, a certificate of valid personal automobile insurance must be provided.
Clinician I:
Bachelor's Degree in a human-services field is required or in-progress Master's degree in a human-services field.
Clinician II:
Master's Degree required.
Candidates must be eligible to seek licensure for LPC, LCP, or LCSW through the Virginia Department of Health Professions and do so within 6 months of date of hire.
Clinician III:
Master Degree and licensed through the Virginia Department of Health Professions.
SCHEDULE:
During the school year incumbent will follow the school calendar to include possible after school hours and varied schedule according to consumer, school, or program needs.
During summer break the incumbent will follow the clinic schedule:
M-F 8:
30 am - 5:
